Kristyn: (Emerge Founder & Physio)
Kristyn has dedicated much of her career to working abroad, and her twelve years of experience allow her to help clients unlock their full potential.
She began her career on the Gold Coast, working with Spinal Surgical patients, where she earned her Pilates qualifications and started her journey with movement. Kristyn then moved to London, where she spent five years in an inner-city clinic. Before returning home, she worked during the snow season in Niseko, Japan. Throughout her career, Kristyn has taught Pilates, worked with Hockey and Cricket teams and currently works with a Paralympic Athlete.

Megan is a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in running-related injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation. A competitive hockey player and keen runner herself, she brings firsthand insight into the demands of high-performance sport and the journey back from injury. In 2024, she completed her first World Marathon Major in Chicago, deepening her understanding of endurance training and recovery.
She currently provides physiotherapy support for North Harbour Rugby and North Harbour Tag, combining pitch-side care with tailored recovery plans for athletes across codes. Megan’s treatment style blends movement-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, and dry needling, helping clients restore strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
Whether working with weekend warriors or elite athletes, Megan’s approach is grounded in empathy, evidence, and a deep understanding of sport-specific demands.
